不良品の事を英語で何と言うか

こんばんわ。

相変わらず経理で使う英文メールを読んでいます。

また気になった単語があったので紹介します。不良品の事を英語で、
defective products/goodsと言うそうです。

例文：
we discovered there were numerous numbers of defective products shipped to customer B. As an act of sincerity, We offered 20％ discounts last month.

また、”謝意”の事を as an act of sincerity　というらしいです。知ってる単語のつながりなのですがこういうのがぱっと出てこないですよね。

また1つ勉強になりました。
